SOLUTION: Accidentally solved it by fiddling around in the steam big picture controller settings, not sure what actually solved it. Upon starting the game I tried to set up my wheel in the settings but it won't show up. It has worked in the past and I don't know why it isn't working now. Just restart the game. And remember to always plug and power on the wheel first before running the game application. If you power on the wheel after the game, the game will not detect the wheel. The game only detects your components at the first load up just one time. My PC tells me that the steering wheel is operating normally. The drivers have been re-downloaded as has the ATS game/program. Therefore the device is working properly. I've checked the cabling too but if it was a cabling issue the buttons wouldn't work and the device wouldn't be seen in the drop down wizard. My logitech g29 racing wheel is being picked up when i go to settings in ets2 but when i go to configure it, it just does not pick up the wheel. I have download the Logitech Gaming software and made a profile for Ets2 i have also tried trouble shooting this problem and everyone that I've seen says Keyboard+logitech steering wheel USB. I can't Go through the setup wizard and make sure that your pedals and keyboard are shown. Then you can do the pedal actions to set each pedal for maximum operation.
