BCS Oct 5, 2014 @ 2:17am. No it's not if you have so much drivers you probley also have some there are very high leveled up so they can be on long jobs and it will come, i have also driver there comes in without makeing money and i also have drivers there make from 30k to 160k on a job. Im in level 72 and have over 300 mill so it don't matter
So even when they live elsewhere, truck needs to be parked. Best advice for adding your initial garages to to pick cities that have 5 or 6 close ETS 2 companies for cargo deliveries and pickups. Cities like La Rochelle in France are likely to be better than Nice which only has (from memory) about three ETS 2 companies.
Serious, since its AI driving, they have no needs for theses things at all, so why waste your precious money on things that aren't needed. The time wasted in trying to remove things that are not needed just to get a little bit of extra money could be better used by getting a delivery job and making some money that way.
i have over 30 employees ranging from the lowerst to highest and the same for trucks. there is a difference in the employee performance due to the type of truck they are driving. certain cargo requires a type of truck to carry out a job therefore impacting employee performance. #3. margalus Sep 20, 2013 @ 4:53pm.
Now, don't try and be shifty man, simulator is the key word and with a minor fine tweak on the numbers, the Euro Truck Simulator can provide an even more pleasant game playing experience for everyone. Like I said before the driving side is near perfect, why not make it better in running a trucking company.
Let's say one of my drivers is based in London, their log will say: - London -> Manchester - Manchester -> London - London -> Liverpool - Liverpool -> London - London -> Rome - Rome -> London that is they ALWAYS come back to their home garage after every job. If they for any reason can't find a job with destination their home city, they come back empty, costing me money and time. But why? Why
I have multiples garages and one in particular was making a lot of money, like 10€/km,then i got a problem, drivers got in idle mode and they stopped producing money all 5 of them, day passed and still none of them started working again, also their truck lost a lot of km and idk how to get drivers back to work.
If you have hired drivers and given them trucks they should start to earn without any further attention from you, assuming that you are not using any mods that interfere. The common advice is to just set their training to Balanced and forget about them :cozybethesda: My drivers will make money even if I turn off my computer
It just takes a bit of time and patience. No need to rush, you will eventually end up with more money that you can ever spend. No need to give your drivers good trucks it makes not odds to them. well, one of my drivers is on a mercedes, and the other is on scania they both 1.7, the mercedes earns 2800, the scania 700
